Purple Perks FAQs
YAYYY! We are so glad you want to start earning points to redeem for awesome discounts!! Read below to get started!
Sign Up For Purple Perks:
New Customers: Create a Purple Door account to start earning points on purchases and redeem for rewards. Click on the 'Account' icon located on the top right of your screen.
Existing In Store Customers: If you are already apart of the Purple Perks program - you can create an online account using the same email that you use at the store. If you forgot the email related with your Purple Perks please contact us for help. (You can only use one email for Purple Perks & they cannot be combined).
Start Earning Points:
There are so many ways to earn points! You’ll receive points for every dollar spent and will be rewarded for engaging with us on social (for example: sharing on facebook or following us on Instagram). Additionally, you'll receive points on your birthday! Be sure to check the Purple Perks icon on the bottom left of your screen for all the ways to earn!
Check Purple Perks Points:
Login to your Purple Door account & click on the 'Purple Perks' icon located on the bottom left of your screen. Your points will be added once your order ships, so please give time for your points to show on your account.
To Redeem Rewards:
Redeem your rewards from the 'Purple Perks' icon. Then choose a reward you wish to redeem. You'll then receive a discount code to apply at checkout.
* Any orders placed prior to joining the Purple Perks program are not eligible for points.
* Purple Perks discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. However, you will still earn points on that order placed and if you have enough to redeem you can redeem at a later date.
* The number of points you receive per dollar spent is subject to change upon sitewide sales.
