Shipping & Returns
USPS STANDARD SHIPPING:
- FREE shipping on orders over $75 before taxes.
- Orders under $75 incur a shipping cost of $6.99.
- Allow 1-2 business days for processing.
- Orders typically arrive within 3-6 business days from ship date. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates.
USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING:
- Cost is $9.99.
- Please allow 1 business day for processing.
- Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days from ship date - depending on delivery location from our shipping base in Commerce, GA. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates.
IN-STORE PICK UP:
- Please allow 30 min - 2 hours for your in-store pick up to be ready.
- Check for an email confirming your order is ready for pick-up.
- If you are ordering an item from our 'Clearance' collection it's possible it is stored in our warehouse (so it may be ready for pick up the next business day).
- Orders can only be cancelled/modified within 1 hour after placing an order. Orders cannot be canceled/modified once they have begun processing. Please call or email us to make changes to your order (contact info below). We will do our best to assist you!

- Mondays and Holidays are not included as a business day (our facility is closed on Mondays).
- Once orders are shipped you'll receive an email with tracking. Please double check to input the correct email at checkout, otherwise you will not receive emails concerning your order. If you entered an invalid email, you can call or email us and we will be glad to provide your tracking info.
- Please double check your shipping address at time of checkout! ***If you place an order and right after realize you entered the incorrect address - call or email us right away. Once an order has been shipped via USPS - Purple Door/USPS cannot change the delivery address. If the wrong shipping address was entered and your order is shipped back to us due to an invalid address - you will be charged $5.99 to reship your package.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES:
This rarely happens but if so we would like our customers to be aware of the process moving forward. ***The Purple Door is NOT responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen packages. Once your package has left our facility, USPS is then in control of the package. If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim with your local post office. All orders are provided with tracking once shipped via email so you can track the whereabouts and delivery details of your package.
- If this unfortunate event does happen to your package, although you are the one who has to file the claim; please still notify us so that we can help in any way possible!
* Returns are not accepted, only an exchange/store credit. *
To get an exchange/store credit approved...first please see that your item/s meet ALL the guidelines listed below. Any unapproved exchanged will be refused.
- ALL exchanges/store credits must be made within 21 days of date purchased.
- ALL CLEARANCE items are a FINAL SALE (no exchange/store credit will be given).
- Items must have tags attached in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke/odor free condition. Shoes unworn in original shoe box.
** If exchanging an item - please let us know the item you would like so we can assure availability.
** We will reimburse your original shipping fee towards your exchange/store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
